Smithsonian Institute of Financial Structure of the American Empire

Smithsonian Institute of Financial Structure of the American Empire

(Thanks to all Free Hole Slam for the support, hope to do more challenges with you all)

I want to see the rain saturate and deteriorate
Skyscrapers and national banks to their bare metal skeletal existence
Let it enter the porous surface of the concrete
And watch oxidation work its magic on the building steel,
The imposing structure now suffers defeat
Expand and crack
Expand and crack
That the trembling beneath your feet makes you look up in amazement
A sight so welcoming, not one soul is cowering in a basement
Although the REIGN is over, the uncertainty has just begun
Like a fiend trying, fighting to stay clean
Where do we go
What do we do from here on out
Stop
Listen
Watch…
Crash
Crash like the NASDAQ did the economy some years back
And the clouds of dust from that ancient way of life
That once blanketed our hearts with fear
Now go billowing back into the–
Underground vaults exposing
An endless tunnel of gold
Serving as reminder of how cheap life was
And not cheap like some kind of salvation
But cheap like selling our souls never knowing its true worth
A labor so under sold, so over exposed
That the soul forgot its saving grace
All that was supposed to be cherished and to hold
Was discarded into the cold
In the name of the so-called grind
That element that rotted the mind and spun it out of control
Until all was lost before our very eyes
The needle got taken out of the vein
And the god that was once never to be spoken in vain
Now was forsaken
Its shrines of stained glass and golden walls of divine sensationalism
That once stood as religious permission for the Empire’s neo-colonialism
Now burned in its so-called sacred place, the realization that nothing is ever really safe
No amount of Bibles and holy water could ever put out the fire
Blazing in our hearts, the elements used to conquer us,
Our culture so far from us, how their religion simmered our souls in a great big melting pot
Ten percent left us homeless, how they preached god in vacant parking lots
Like their atrocities we must have forgot
How else can we explain how we allowed ourselves to rot
In the holy name of their greed, took elements of our divine beliefs
And stitched together christianity, pardoned themselves with “love thy enemy”
But none of which will ever bring back my ancient family tree
But why we blindly slaved to their imperialistic fantasy
That is something that is beyond me
And what legacy do we leave future generations
Who might just carry the mental capacity to break free from this hell-nation
With no leadership, what truth do they see about this capitalist dictatorship
If peace is ever looming, no nuclear fallout to wipeout its memory
What are we left with, what are we waiting for
To what depths of our imagination can we explore
The realms of our mind
The extension of our humanity
A future void of advanced technology
The community becomes the new social network
And as the dust settles, as nature detox’s herself
From the corporate pollution that terminated
Our children’s children’s ancestors,
We will lay a rebuilding foundation to a new way
Of life, learn from the mistakes of the past
Financial empires buried deep beneath the original landscape
New York waterways sink Wall Street into forgotten memories
Not even a chapter in Earth’s history,
Mother Nature just re-wrote history.

Folklore

So here’s to a very good friend
Whose beauty shines outward, yea from within
Her actions are a reflection of her soul
Her grace like a mirror from god,
All she sees is her, but we see divinity
Engulfed in tragedy, she became our affinity
Never became like those in Vatican City
So she never was about “cash rules everything around me”
Blow out like mucus, more than a few cos
The system like an allergy
Just tired of sneezing man
Media got her working just to please her man
While he stacking chips thinking he some kinda businessman
But the CIA be the dope dealers man
He nothing more than just the small farmer ant
Succumbing to the devils Master plan
So what can a goddess do, what she about
After years of silence, the Queen began to shout
Like shit, I just wanna muthafuckin go out…
And save the world, cradle us in her arms
Like Garvey we can look for her in the whirlwind
Her spirit will be around us then
So its best to put on your dancing shoes
And get off your knees from those churches pews.

I am making this promise to you
This love shit, I may be a novice to
But positive support and loving comments
Received daily, shit, I’m gonna hafta marry you
This is my declaration
My reservation,
How many lifetimes
Will I wait
How many more nightmares
Til I wake
To your delicate face
My one and only saving grace

Sensual Two

Sensual Two

And I want to pluralize your orgasm,
All night long like run-on sentences,
Pleasant verbs if you can imagine it,
Cuddle afterwards? Shiit,
Baby don’t even mention it,
Sip some wine,
Exchange rhymes as our bodies and tongues intertwine,
Exclamation on our passion Taking you on a higher plane in the most sensual fashion..

And then the essence of your being re-appears,
My love for you becomes more clear,
As day as you lay,
Spreading open your soft cover,
Chapter by chapter,
Lickin my fingertips as I gently turn your pages,
Like the Isleys
Baby you’re Contagious,
Body put together so nicely like I never wanna put you down,
Fearing someone else will read you like I do
And I don’t know what I might do
Cos truth is that I really like you,
But I’ll continue this game of denial just to spite you,
And I ain’t tryin to fight you,
I’m just sayin,
My heart stops at the mere sight of you..

Newscast

Tripods, microwaves
Lights, camera, action
On the parking lot
At the local Academy Sporting Goods
Filming a murder scene for
The next episode of the ten o clock news
The barrio the backdrop
Cholo the main spotlight
Playing the suspect
Now you see how they fabricate the views,
They will probably kill you,
So drive, drive very fast
And don’t you ever look back…

First Thoughts Today

First Thoughts Today

Heartache
Come the daybreak
The earth quakes
Palms shake
Restless, awake
Dreams are fake
Anyway so they say
What we make
Minds to take
Fish thoughts like a lake
Blow em out like cake
For christ’s sake
Wake and bake
Stoners apathy
Just glad to see
They finally stoned her
Like rock walls
Walk and not fall
That’s your downfall
Breathe and puff
Like a Pall Mall
Running fast like a 100 meter dash
Red Bull crash
Raid the stash
Burn the cash
I mean midnight oil
Like how do I sleep
When the beds are burning
Slave wage earning
Schooling but never learning
World keeps turning
And not for the better
Wars keep getting redder
Drowning but just keep getting wetter
Like she said when I met her
Feels good like sin
Morally objected but I still put it in
Nine months later really wish I didn’t then
Cos who’s gonna house a dissident
From a family home
Despite what truths were shown
Roaming is all I really ever known
One time don’t make me a rolling stone
Its the Temptations
Of new relationships
The sexual sensations
Of furthering old friendships…
