Free Holé Slam is looking for arts and crafts vendors and educational exhibitors to participate in Poemic. Space is limited! Vendors will be a part of the event on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 from 7:00 pm – 12:00 am.
FEES – Art Vendors and Exhibitors (for profit and non-profit)
- NO Vendor Fee – Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. Please limit your vending space to one table and 4 chairs. Since vendors are not paying a fee we do appreciate that each attendant pay their own entrance fee, $5.
- All vendors and exhibitors are REQUIRED to submit 1 to 10 original pieces of work by 5 PM April 20, 2011. They must be delivered at The Glasbox Gallery, 1500 Texas Ave. El Paso, TX. This piece can be any subject matter or style but must measure 11 x 17” or be mounted on white poster-board to measure 11 x 17”. The art will then be displayed within a collection of poemic art that night and will be returned to you when you leave. Please properly label your piece on the back.
- Vending space will be located in the main gallery of the Glassbox. The wall space behind your booth will be available to display your work.
- All profits are retained by vendors, Free Holé Slam will not collect any dues from individual vendors
