March 13 @ Tumblewords Project

Long-time FHS friend and supporter, Jonathan Penton, will impart a workshop titled Writing while the Sun Burns Out as part of the Tumblewords Project. Jonathan began adventuring the night of March 14th, 1964, wearing a mask fashioned from the discarded dress of a dead woman with an Italian last name. When the Keene Act was passed in 1977, he left his one-word rebuttal outside a police station, tacked to the body of a multiple rapist. On November 2nd, 1985, he failed to prevent the salvation of the world.

About freeholeslams

According to most we are a slam poetry group. But we are more than that. We are a non profit writing collective. We support the arts and writing in all forms and fashions. We also support and encourage the expression of writing or performance based writing. But above all we support each other as artists, as friends and as a community. We are a collective of misfits. Will you join us?
