Our final slam of ’09 was by far the best one of the year! McKinnley hosted and fourteen slammers joined in the celebration, including the return of Twain and his stuck-in-the-county-jail-while-turning-4o-something poem! The slamming was rocking, the audience kicked ass and the judges were tough little puckered-up assholes, just the way we love ‘em! Seven slammers made it to the second round and four of them survived to get to the third round, but only Nancy reigned supreme at the end. All hail the current queen of slam!
